About 21st Century Catholic

21st Century Catholic (21st Century Catholic Evangelization) shares the Catholic faith with practicing Catholics, people returning to the Church and anyone curious about what Catholics believe.

Our mission grew out of the New Evangelization: proclaiming the Gospel in new ways to a culture that increasingly lives online. Since the site’s beginning we have published prayers for every need, guides to the saints and archangels, explanations of Catholic beliefs and essays from Catholic educators.

What you will find here

• Prayers: traditional prayers and newly composed prayers for healing, protection, work, family, exams and more.
• Saints: lives of the saints, their patronages and feast days.
• Catholicism 101: clear answers to common questions about the faith.
• Sacraments: what each of the seven sacraments is and how to prepare.
• Bible: Scripture explained from a Catholic perspective.
• Feasts & Seasons: the liturgical year and its traditions.
• Blog: reflections, book reviews and news.

Our commitment

Everything we publish aims to be faithful to the teaching of the Catholic Church as expressed in Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Read our editorial policy to learn how articles are written, reviewed and corrected.
